Shipping and delivery

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Calgary, Canada within [3 to 7 business days], excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated delivery time.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight. Some oversized, unusually shaped, or especially valuable items may require a custom shipping quote. If additional arrangements are required, ZANJPN will contact the buyer before dispatch.

TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, customs processing, service interruptions, remote destinations, and other carrier delays may affect delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost collected by ZANJPN.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that an item can be legally imported into their destination before ordering. ZANJPN cannot reimburse charges resulting from customs decisions or local import requirements.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please confirm that the delivery address is complete and accurate before submitting an order. Contact ZANJPN as soon as possible if an address correction is required. An address cannot be changed after a package has been transferred to the carrier.

Additional shipping costs created by an incomplete address, refused delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or unclaimed package may be the buyer’s responsibility.

USED, VINTAGE, AND ONE-OFF GOODS

Many sourced items are old, used, uncommon, or one of one. Each order is packaged carefully with consideration for the item’s condition, construction, and age. Original packaging may not be available unless specifically shown or stated in the listing.

PARTS AND OVERSIZED ITEMS

Automotive parts may require additional packaging or handling time. Large, heavy, fragile, or irregular items may have limited shipping destinations. Any special shipping conditions will be disclosed in the product listing or communicated before dispatch.

COMBINED SHIPPING

Where practical, multiple items from the same order will be combined into one shipment. Any available shipping adjustment will depend on the final package dimensions, weight, destination, and carrier service.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If a tracked package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery area, building management, household members, and the carrier before contacting ZANJPN.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, photograph the exterior packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and item before discarding any materials. Contact ZANJPN within [3 calendar days] of delivery and include the order number and photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
