Full-service sourcing and import support. ZANJPN actively searches Japanese domestic market channels — Yahoo Auctions Japan, dealer networks, dismantlers and specialist suppliers — then authenticates, photographs and ships the part to your door.

These are channels that do not ship internationally, do not operate in English, and in most cases will not deal with an overseas buyer directly.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase the search deposit. You receive the ZJP-S-0003 intake kit as a PDF.

2. Complete the intake form with the part, your budget and your location.

3. ZANJPN searches all available Japanese channels.

4. We present options with condition assessments and landed-cost estimates.

5. On your approval, we acquire, inspect and photograph the part.

6. The part is packed, shipped and documented through to delivery.

HOW THE FEE WORKS

- A CAD $70 search deposit is payable up front and starts the search.

- The full service fee is 12% of the final part value, with a CAD $105 minimum.

- Your $70 deposit is credited against that fee.

- Any balance is invoiced together with the part cost, once you approve a located part. Nothing is purchased without your approval.

- Part cost, Japanese domestic shipping, international shipping and any duties or taxes are separate and are quoted to you before purchase.

IMPORTANT

- The search deposit is non-refundable once searching has begun.

- The deposit is retained where a part matching your stated specification — condition, type and budget — is located and presented to you. Where what we find falls outside that specification, the deposit is refunded in full.

- Not every part can be located, even through Japanese channels. We will tell you honestly when something is unlikely before you spend further.
